
100 g fresh coriander
100 g fresh mint leaves
1 tbsp lime or lemon juice (2 tbsp is an option)
¼ tsp crushed garlic
½ tsp salt
1 green chillies (2 chillies is an option)
½ tsp sugar

Rinse the coriander and mint then put into a food
processor.

Add the chillies, salt, garlic, sugar and lemon juice
and blend all the ingredients to a smooth puree.

Repeat this process until you have the right
consistency.

Put the chutney into a small bowl.

Serve as an accompaniment.
