Salty lassi

 500 g Greek yoghurt
 575 ml ice cold water
 ½ tsp salt or to taste
 ½ tsp ground roasted cumin powder

Put the yoghurt and salt in a blender add the water, blend well until the consistency is quite thick and frothy, if you prefer for the lassi to be thinner, just add more water.

Pour the lassi into glasses and sprinkle the top with ground cumin powder.
