
½ cucumber
1 red onion
2 medium tomatoes
2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
1 green chillli (optional)
1 tsp lime juice
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper

Chop all the salad ingredients and place in a serving bowl.

Add the lime juice, finely chopped green chilli and black pepper, mix well.

Reserve the salt until you are ready to serve as it could make the salad watery.
